You cannot remove the Yellow Banners permanently, they can only be removed by clicking on them each time the page loads.
For every trial widget displayed on a page, a banner will be produced, the Animation page has lots of widgets, to get all the animations to work, leading to over 10 banners being displayed. A counter is displayed also to keep track of this.
